What these terms cover

These terms are between you and Techleads Consulting Limited, and they cover this website: reading it, booking a demo, and asking to get started.

They are not the agreement for the Galimoto platform itself. Running a fleet on Galimoto is a separate, signed contract. [NEEDS REVIEW: name that agreement and link it, or state plainly that platform use is governed by a separate signed contract]

What this site is

A marketing site. Everything on it (pricing, timelines, the numbers on the home page) describes what we intend to offer and may change.

Some figures on this site are explicitly marked as placeholders, and the testimonials are placeholders too. They are illustrative and are not claims about results any particular operator achieved. [NEEDS REVIEW: remove this paragraph once real figures and real quotes replace the placeholders, and make sure any retained figure is substantiated, since unsubstantiated performance claims are their own legal problem]

Booking a demo or getting started

Submitting either form is a request, not a contract. It doesn't create an account, reserve anything, or oblige us to provide the service. We'll get back to you and take it from there.

Please give us accurate details, and only submit someone else's contact details if you're authorised to.

The site mentions a 14-day trial that starts when your staging build is ready. [NEEDS REVIEW: confirm the trial length, what it includes, when it starts, what happens at the end, and whether it auto-converts to a paid plan]

Pricing

The prices on the pricing section are per active vehicle per month, in US dollars, and are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• submit anything unlawful, or anyone else's personal data without a right to;
• attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• scrape or automate submissions; the forms are rate-limited and automated submissions are blocked;
• copy the site's content or branding as your own.

Who owns what

The Galimoto name, logo, copy, and design belong to us. Anything you send us stays yours. You're just giving us permission to use it to answer you and, if you ask for it, to build your branded demo.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but don't promise it always will be. The 99.9% uptime figure on the home page refers to the Galimoto platform under a signed agreement. [NEEDS REVIEW: confirm whether an uptime commitment is actually contracted, and substantiate or remove that figure]

Liability

[NEEDS REVIEW: a lawyer must draft this. Liability caps and exclusions vary by jurisdiction, and an unenforceable clause here is worse than none, so do not ship placeholder wording in this section]

Governing law

[NEEDS REVIEW: set the governing law and the forum for disputes. Techleads is registered in Zambia, so Zambian law and Zambian courts are the obvious default, but check it holds against consumer-protection rules for visitors outside Zambia]

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top.
